Panthers Baseball West is a high school showcase program (ages 14U-17U, grad classes 2027-2031) focused on developing complete athletes, meaningful exposure, and guiding families through the college recruiting process - relationships first, no player treated as just a number. Led by National Director Trevor Clemons, who played in the Panthers organization from 2010-2014 before starring at UNC Pembroke (.357 career hitter, All-Conference and All-Region honors), and has since worked with 400+ college commits and 20+ MLB Draft picks. Operates powered by NextGen Athletics, with a personalized player development partnership through Curve Sports. Part of the broader Panthers Baseball organization (est. 1999, 27 years): 131 MLB Draft picks, 17 current MLB players, 1,500+ college commits, 5 MLB All-Stars, 6x National Champions.
